Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

  • Paper is evaluated on such items as relevant, originality, practical value, and technical correctness.
  • Reviewers examine abstracts clarity and readability, and keyword matching to comment.
  • Reviewers also check out the paper relevancy to Journal topics and predecessors' works quoting.
  • The important question is the scientific material organization and clarity of presentation.
  • A typical length of submitted papers should be at least 6 - 8 pages. Authors with substantial work to publish can do so without a page limit.

Authors are encouraged to upload high quality, original work in English only that has not appeared in, nor is under consideration by, other journals. Extended versions of papers that have previously published in conference proceedings may also be considered (this must be indicated at the time of submission).

  3. The paper is formatted according to the paper requirements (see Instructions for Authors)
  4. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  5. If submitting to a peer-reviewed journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
  6. I agree to pay the publishing fee after paper acceptance.

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

Author Fees

The IJICOM adopts Free Submission Charge for all authors. After final acceptance, the authors should pay article processing charges (APC) as a publication fee of 40 USD / IDR 500k. The authors will be asked to pay the APC to cover publication costs for their accepted article.
